Home Inspection Tips and Advice
Are you a first time home buyer, or has it been some time since your last property inspection? Most people will only schedule a property inspection once or twice in their lives, and some may never do it at all. So if you're feeling lost or overwhelmed by the home inspection process, don't worry - it's completely normal.
Our goal at Footer to Ridge is not only to inspect your house with the same level of detail we would give to our own homes but also to make you as comfortable as possible so you can learn everything you need to know about your house.
That's why we've pulled together some tips and advice about the house inspection process below. Even if you're working with another company, please feel free to call us at 330-510-4570 if you have a question we don't answer. We're at your service!
How Long Does a Home Inspection Take?
The average home inspection takes about three hours to complete. Of course, this estimate will depend on the size of the house, but it does include both the indoor and outdoor features of a home. For a list of the common points of emphasis for a general home inspection, please check out our Services and Pricing information.
